LIVIT was founded in 2017 in Florence with the goal of providing high-quality accommodation and services to international students, primarily from the United States, attending university programs in Europe.
The founder brings over 20 years of experience in the industry, having held various roles in American study programs and schools in Florence and Rome, as well as in property management. In 2014, he participated as COO in the founding of a Student Housing company, which became a European leader, opening branches in Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Rome, and Florence.
The LIVIT model is based on the integration of income streams from short-term and mid-term rentals, both in the tourism market and in the market for student housing and programs catering to American students.
LIVIT handles the full management of your property, from sales to cleaning, from routine maintenance to extraordinary repairs, from linen services to property setup and design. The operational and legal headquarters of LIVIT are located in Florence, and our staff includes professionals in the operational, maintenance, booking, student services, guest services, administration, and cleaning sectors.
