When you arrive, they’ll be there to personally welcome you at the building entrance, assist with anything you need and ensure a smooth stress-free start to your stay.

Every sheet, towel, and pillowcase is handled with the highest hygiene standards to ensure a fresh, crisp, and comfortable experience- just like you’d expect from a top-tier hotel, but with the warmth of a home.

We partner with trusted, top-rated cleaning professionals-both companies and individuals-whom we’ve carefully selected for their attention to detail and high standards. Our thorough 3-step cleaning system ensures your apartment is always spotless and welcoming: Daily turnover cleaning is carried out after each check-out focusing on hygiene, freshness, and guest-ready presentation. We follow a weekly deep-clean rotation, covering trims, frames, windows, doors and other often-overlooked details. Air conditioning tilters are cleaned and sanitised twice a year, and we also deep clean radiators and heating units annually to maintain air quality and comfort throughout the year.

We understand how important it is to resolve issues quickly -and how frustrating delays can be when relying on external services. That’s why we have our own dedicated in-house maintenance team, ready to step in whenever needed. Our technicians are skilled in all aspects of apartment maintenance and are available seven days a week including overnight support for real emergencies. Whether it’s a minor fix or an urgent repair, we pride ourselves on fast response times- often sending someone to your door immediately after you reach out.
